How Should I Prepare For This Test?

Follow our simple instructions to perform both tests at home.  

Before testing:

• No need to fast.

• Avoid bananas, nuts, pineapple, alcohol, protein powders, and protein shakes 48 hours prior to testing.

• Your provider may ask you to discontinue medications or dietary supplements. Speak with your wellness provider to learn more.
